Terms of service

These terms apply to MaxWin Society (maxwinsociety.com), a free community where game providers list events, creators share verified max wins, and members can claim free merchandise rewards. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and allowed to take part in gambling-related promotions where you live. Providers may restrict an event to certain countries. You are responsible for following the law where you are.

2. Free to join — and we never take wagers

Accounts, events and rewards are free. We do not offer gambling, accept wagers or deposits, or pay cash prizes. Never gamble, or increase your stakes, to try to qualify for a reward. A max win is a chance outcome. Nothing on the site is for sale — merch is only given out as free rewards.

3. Your account

Keep your login details safe and use two-factor login if you can. One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone, buy or sell accounts, or create accounts to claim extra rewards.

If you sign in with Kick, Discord, Google or Twitch, keep that account secure too: anyone who can sign in to it can sign in here. You can add a password, or disconnect it, in Settings.

3a. Pre-added pages and claiming

To get started we set up some studio and streamer pages from public information, marked “Unclaimed”. Only claim a page that is genuinely yours or your employer’s. False claims lead to suspension. If a page is about you and you’d rather it wasn’t here, contact us and we’ll remove it.

4. Submissions and rewards

Only submit wins that genuinely happened to you, with honest evidence. Every submission is reviewed against the event's published rules and our reward rules. Rewards are limited, can't be exchanged for cash, aren't transferable and must be claimed before the deadline. Fake or edited evidence leads to removal of rewards and suspension.

5a. Game demos

Some game pages offer the studio’s official free demo, played with play money only: no deposits, no real-money bets and nothing to win. Demos are for logged-in members aged 18+ and aren’t available in restricted countries. A demo is for fun — never gamble to chase a result.

5b. Our sponsor

ClipRally (cliprally.com) is our official sponsor. Its leaderboards, points and prizes are run by ClipRally under its own terms, not by MaxWin Society. Clip links from ClipRally can be used as evidence here like any other public clip.

6. Providers

Providers are responsible for their event rules, for the rewards they offer, and for shipping their rewards as promised. Provider accounts are verified before events go public. Listing an event doesn't mean we endorse the provider or its games.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of your clips, images and profile content. You give us permission to show it on the site and in social previews while it's posted. Don't post content you don't have the right to share, or anything hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal. Copyright owners can use our copyright form.

8. Moderation

We can remove content, reject or reverse rewards, and suspend accounts that break these terms. You can appeal a rejected submission once from your dashboard, or contact support about any decision.

9. Liability

The site is provided as is. We aren't responsible for providers' games, casinos or third-party sites linked from MaxWin Society. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
