How rewards work

Reward rules

1. You must be 18+ and allowed to take part where you live. Each event can add its own rules, including which countries are eligible.
2. Submit wins that already happened, during the event dates, on an eligible game — with a public clip (a ClipRally clip works), a provider replay link or a screenshot. One submission per piece of evidence. If someone else clipped it, credit them as the clipper.
3. The event's provider team or our moderators review every submission. They can ask for more evidence and reject entries that don't meet the rules.
4. Rewards are limited to the stock shown on each event and allocated in order of approval. An approved win doesn't guarantee a reward once stock runs out. Some events are for recognition only, with no rewards; the event page says so.
5. Claim within 30 days of approval or the reward is released back to the event.
6. Rewards can't be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred. Free rewards are always free: we never ask you to pay, deposit or share casino login details to claim one.
7. If a submission is rejected, you can appeal once within 14 days. A different reviewer makes the final decision.
8. Fake, edited or borrowed evidence, multiple accounts, or abuse of staff leads to rewards being withdrawn and accounts suspended.
9. Never gamble — or raise your stakes — to try to qualify. A max win is a chance outcome. Support: responsible gambling.
